I think CHI moves off their 1st demands and get value in other ways. I'm not sure McBain is desired because we just got TRad and Boris. McBain would have to understand that he's in a very tough spot for an NHL roster spot. He'll likely spend a few years in Rockford. I'm not sure he wants that.

They'll certainly compete for a job. But he might not win it. For that matter it's entirely possible that Reichel wins it. As long as he's OK with multiple years in Rockford...I'm ok with it.
