Description
That's what reports coming out are saying, that the Shark's asking price is incredibly high on Middleton, and they'll just keep him if teams aren't paying out. I'm just trying to figure out what exactly they are asking for from the 3 teams that seem the most interested

The ask for Middleton is well known to be a 2nd and a prospect.

Isn't the ask a second? Why would Toronto trade a top prospect and a pick for... Middleton?

Think the Sharks don't really want to trade Middleton unless it's an overpay. He fits well in San Jose, will be cheap next year and with the recent update that Knyzhov (rookie of the year in 2020) might miss at least part of the year next year they might really sell high on Middleton.

If thats the price, teams shouldn’t scoff, they should laugh.

Bruins got their D man. They’re out.
