Detroit doesn't want either of those pieces. Keep em.

I'm a fan of Stenlund and Carlsson is a nice 7th guy but
1. There's not much need for Stenlund, he's more of a "pick him up for a 7th and see if he makes the roster" kind of deal
2. Oesterle already fills the 7D role that Carlsson would fill, it makes more sense to pick up a 5/6D to pair with Lindstrom that's better than Oesterle
3. Just a little too much to ask for what Detroit's getting. The return IMO should be a 5th or maybe a 4th at best.

hard pass from Tampa. Nyquist would fit nicely in the top 6 but for 3.5m i dont think its worth it for Tampa unless they trade out Killorn as well letting Palat walk.

That bjorkstrand trade is terrible. Johnny is fun to watch but isn’t worth that much and Detroit has enough depth players. I’d be suprised if stenlund is tenured an offer this year.

Neither of those two are likely to be qualified. They can be signed for nothing in FA if we should so wish.
