That would help a lot. But most of the UFAs aren't signing those contracts, and most of those non Ottawa teams aren't making those trades.

If Ottawa were to finally dump Zaitsev's money only to immediately give that money right to Ben Chairot, I would blow my brains out in Lot 6 at the CTC
