Here's your scenario where the Buffalo trade could happen:
They win the lottery and go up to 2 where they can take Nemec. Miller signs an extension prior to the trade.

The value is probably there overall, but CBJ won't move Rosy. He's the local kid, and his future is looking better. Plus, moving CC probably depends on how the draft turns out - if CBJ can get Nemec or Jiricek, they'd probably be more open to moving CC.

Plus, I'd want to do maybe a five year deal, not four. I feel that is the sweet spot to balance out that cap hit without being bogged down for too long.

That is all you would want from buff? yeah depending how they do in the draft and free agency joki may become disposable. Miller has to sign extension tho
