Stars decline. No one is paying up a first for a 35 year old D with a massive contract after an iffy year - it's just terrible asset management.

Kings don't want Anderson's contract for free, and they certainly aren't sending a 1st in the most stacked draft since 2015.

This will age badly and he's 34. Letang is 35 and will get a massive deal. This argument is lazy

Anderson is overpaid but only because he's the total package same as Slafkovsky is overhyped because of his tools. These players are rare and sought after in the NHL
