You trade Fiala for a hopefully NHL ready Holtz on an ELC. You trade Dumba for the best draft choice you can get. You sign Middleton, Fleury, Deslauriers, and Dewar to new contracts. Devils wouldn't trade Holtz for Fiala.
Fiala doesn't hold that kind of value nor does Guerin have the leverage to swing such a return.

Sounds about right. I would think from Devils, that means #37 pick and decent player/prospect (Foote, Boqvist level). Maybe an extra conditional mid-pick.
