Consensus is pretty much a 2nd at minimum to move Mrazek. I don't see a universe where the difference here between a late 1st and a late 2nd is 2 3rds, Kuba and Strome, regardless of whether they not tender Strome or not.

    Not very realistic.

Most of your RFAs will get raises, not reductions, and some have arbitration rights. CHI doesn;t give you two quality players AND take Mrazek, in fact 2 3rds for a 1st and Mrazek I'd believe, but they throw in two young and reasonably cheap players? TOR wont get Georgiev for free, and that is pretty weak goaltending.

Miller is worse than Holl and you pay him more and sit Gio? That's just bad asset management. Also I doubt that Mrazek trade happens.

Holl to Columbus sure, but you’d get a better return for Kerfoot sending him else where.

TOR's 2022 1st at 25th overall in a shallow draft class is barely worth enough to dump Mrazek's contract. So how do you figure you get RFA rights for Strome and Kub and two 3rd round picks on top of that? Also, although there is realistic speculation that CHI won't be qualifying Strome or Kubalik, there has still been plenty of interest from teams in trading for their negotiating rights. And in trading for their negotiating rights you should be willing to pay them AT LEAST their qualifying offers. CHI absolutely declines.
