I dont hate the deal but he is going to make much more than 6 mil, then anything more would not really be possible because of Huberdeau's extension and Weegar next year. This trade would need to include Backlund and him waiving his NTC, then probably Coronato as the center piece (I am personally very high on Coronato) along with similar to what you have there. Then Robertson making 8-10 mil depending on term

Dube is the only really valuable piece in that trade and it’s a mediocre value guy at that. If Calgary is trading for Robertson they clearly expect that 2023 1st to be in the bottom 5 of the round. Valimaki outright stinks. Huckins is a nothing burger. This is a really bad offer.
