This is the most leafs thing I've seen. Adam Larsson gets a first but Patrick freaking Kane only gets a 2nd. Knies is a fine prospect but this can't be serious.

i think you're undervaluing how good knies is, im extremely high on him, i personally believe hes one of the better prospects in the league

You are missing a first with Knies. Knies is not even rated by Pronman, The Athletic, or Button. I get he may be the best prospect out of Toronto but that's not saying a lot.

Why trade him then? Leafs don't need another small forward that can't win battles in the corner they have Kerfoot, Malgin, Engvall, Nylander and even Bunting is a small forward. They need a mean d-man and a top six guy with some grit.
