might be a hot take but imo if you win Bedard, I'd move Zegras within a few years for the biggest stud LHD I could get. You still have Bedard-McTavish down the middle which is bonkers plus Terry on the wing, then from there its a lot easier to fill out the wings than the D. I guess Zellweger yea but he doesn't strike me as the next #1D and im not sure Drysdale is that either - top pair for sure for Jamie but idk if he's your stud top option

You won't get a 2nd and 3rd to take Bailey in the offseason. He will be on his last year at 5M. The isles will either release him or just bury him for the last year of his contract. You could have gotten that at the begining of this year. But that ship has sailed.

If Rico is still an impact player through the end of the year and Haula won't stick around for cheap, sure, I do that. I'd prefer a deadline trade for Rico though.
