I think the 23 first will be on the table. I imagine if ostlund is the prospect that the Sabres would move it. I don't think there's a huge difference between our top 4 forward prospects, but if the Sabres prefer savoie and kulich, then I'm good with ostlund and the 23 first

At this point I prefer giving out both 1st rather than Ostlund. Given Rosen is 1 year away, Kulich/Savoie/Ostlund 2-3 years away from NHL.
2023 1st, 2024 1st, middle 2nd 2023 and one of lesser prospect from Rochester for Meier.

Spend both seconds on RHD prospects.

These are the reasons trading for Meier is a poor idea:
    Meier, Timo-6yo at $8,000,000
    Cozens, Dylan-7yo at $7,100,000
Cozens, Thompson and Samuelsson all signed long term deals for much less than the proposed Timo contract.
How do you think they would react if Timo was offered a higher contract?
Taylor Hall knew how important it is to keep his contract lower than the current team stars, signed for less than Pasternak and Marchand.

We don't know what Meier wants. Maybe he wants way more than Thompson and Cozens, so Adams will not go with the deal for the sake of keeping group chemistry in tact.
