I'd hate to trade Mantha to CAR. They'd actually utilize him properly and he'll terrorize the Caps.

And if you're going sell this much might as well sell everyone else.

Hard to see caps and canes trading. Mantha isn’t the guy if they were to. He’s not an RBA type player. Maddening skill but motor isn’t there (or something else). RBA might be able to get a lot out of him but team isn’t at the point where they’re bringing on a passenger and hoping he turns it on. Also wouldn’t give anything close to a second for him. Large cap, inconsistent, in and out of lineup. Will be lucky to get anything for him with this market.

I'd do Eller for a third as a Leafs fan half retained. But he would more a plan E or F but I wouldn't mind it
