I think Chicago passes on that easily, think the Leafs would need to at least include a prospect like Robertson, and a condition where they can potentially get a 1st out of the Kane deal or a future 1st.

There is absolutely, completely, no way in the depths of hell St. Louis does that trade. They will easily get better offers for ROR and Barbeshev. They may have to retain some salary for ROR, but this trade proposal gets laughed at by Armstrong.
