I came here expecting a very one-sided Jets trade, happily I was surprised and while I hate the idea of giving up both Brck and Barron I think this could/would be a trade both sides find agreeable (outside of Windjammer, Howie and some of the Habs fans followers who want to wait on Dubois). Good job at finding some middle ground!
Caufield and Lainesabust liked this.

Might as well trade Conner at this point also, got to bring a first back on that Dubois deal, especially with the sale of everyone else. Probably a conversation with morrissey also

Replace Dvorak with the Florida 1st and you're in the running
... is the expected response.

Replace Barron with the Florida 1st is reasonable. The 3rd from the other side is inconsequential.
They can draft their own RHD (or use it on another player), while we keep the one we traded for and are in the process of developing.

Don't see any Dubois trade without a 1st included, as that would be the main piece in any trade. Dach and Slafkovsky are the only things we could offer that would be considered as replacements for the 1st and neither of those is happening.

If they were to go this far they should trade Connor too, with his term remaining he should get a nice return for them.

Not getting a 1st for NIno even with the retention but might still be able to get a 2nd for him.

Schmidt is a cap dump so know one is paying for him, should just keep him and trade DeMelo.

Wouldn't bother trading for Hoglander, he's too small.

If they're taking Campbell and trading away Helle the return has to be better and need something better then Yamamoto, again he's just too small, Campbell probably blocks a trade to Winnipeg anyway.
