I don't mind this trade for Washington, but would Buffalo be able to possibly retain on Oloffson? I think Washington would pay a pick to get it done and would open up space for the Caps to still get a top 6 forward like Schmaltz, for example.

I'd say you've probably overpaid on Jost and Hill, and that you could get both for less (and perhaps Girgensons for slightly less as well).
