I think the jackets will use one or both of those picks to upgrade at center/LD so I’m not sure that it would be likely. Don’t think it’s worth trading two premium picks when there are like 35 prospects worth going in the top 20 in most other drafts

I love this concept, such an interesting idea. We'll see how the draft shakes out, Jarmo doesn't have much history of trading up for a player (Gabriel Carlsson was the last significant time he did, which wasn't great), so it's probably unlikely (he trades back for additional picks more frequently).

No matter what Buffalo is looking like a force for next season.

This would be wild indeed.
Sort of a dream draft that is unlikely to occur.

If they could pick up a prospect who they think is a sure thing v two possible prospects, they may do it.

Not likely of course but it is all a fantasy to get three first round defensemen prospects.

Let's presume it would be a prospect that the Jackets wanted fell into their laps, not necessarily danielson.

Thanks for the feedback.
Sort of suspected there would be more negative comments.
Buffalo may need to add a 4th or 5th to second and third trade but all three are reasonable close to equal.
It sure would be remarkable to have back to back drafts with three first round picks.
