Description

Edmundson at $1.75m and 3rd line minutes is valuable for a contender. Tampa has a hole there next year and Edmundson is a Tampa style player, the money works well for a very cap strapped team. I'm a big fan of Dylan Duke also.

Drury upside isn't that high and Canes will need wingers in the offseason. 1st and dumping JP since it's not working out there are the big things for Canes. Drury could be other prospect like Ponomaryev, Suzuki, Gleb, Rees, etc. Not too picky.
Anderson for a late 1st has already been declined by Kent Hughes according to insiders, but assuming that is market value, it's Hoffman at $2.25m and Pezzetta for Drury and JP which seems fair.

Gurianov goes for a decent prospect.

Yeah that's a no . TB if they do almost guarantees TB can't resign either Jeannot or Colton so this isn't remotely considered .

Hughes passing on a first for Anderson has been made up by media. Besides, the Canes aren’t going to waste assets on Anderson to begin with, let alone Hoffman or Pezzeta. If they want a goon that has offense they can go after Wilson. No reason to overpay for 3 pieces that wouldn’t even fit Rod’s system.
