I know its not the headline here but willingly taking on campbell's contract while giving anything of value back to the oilers almost made me report this team.

There are some good short term goalies who will suit the Sabres needs now. Four years of very iffy 5m Campbell is a big no. Certainly didn't give Jets anything of real value for Ehlers.

Jets decline fast. Not enough real value coming back. Don’t want olofsson and joki. Savoie and kerbs are nice, but I would need way more if the pieces going the other way are Connor and lowry. And you add demelo?

Swap him for Comrie, at least Campbell has a history of being serviceable at the NHL level.
