I don't think stats convey how valuable Tanev is to the Flames. He is the stabilizing force on D, he makes everyone that play with him better, and he's a vital part of a very good PK. Health has been an issue since last year's playoffs, but I think that the Flames will be looking to move Zadorov, then Kylington and Hanifin before Tanev. That's why you probably need to make it an offer they can't refuse.
