Hawks decline. They're rebuilding so they aren't trading draft capital for aging defenseman. Especially since he'll block the kids from getting NHL experience.

He might be worth a 2nd to another team though.

These are all the high end values for each trade piece. I'd prefer to get a better prospect for Ullmark and definitely not another goalie, Bruins have 1 great goalie prospect and 2 good ones in the system already. That Hall trade would be great for the Bs. WPG doesn't take that unless there are no other competitive offers. It's a fine package, a little light, but I bet they think they can get more.

Not sure Grz gets a 2nd, though CHI certainly aren't the team to be buying defensemen at this point in time.

I don't think we have the assets to get Dubois and the B's might not even be on his list, but I sure as hell don't want Scheifele and his non-existent defense as a consolation prize, plus the obvious locker room issues. I would rather go all in on a Lindholm trade.
