Canucks decline. They are counting on Boeser bouncing back. Kuznetsov is just a terrible fit

Hawks decline. A playoff contending team might have interest in Joseph - not a rebuilding one. And Ottawa isn't giving up a 1st to dump Joseph and acquire Manrha anyway.

Kravs also isn’t cut out for North American hockey. He’s a middle 6 KHL guy who should have been drafted in the 3rd round at best.
