You don’t want Vatrano, especially not at the expense of Iorio. One for one works since it benefits both teams

3.65 by 2 is worse than 5.7 by 1. Both are terrible but Mantha has upside and is a bigger guy. Pat Verbeek likes bigger guys and Mantha still got upside to have a rebound season and fetch them a decent return

I'll admit Mantha's been vocal about his dedication for this upcoming season and wanted a new contract...all that fits. But he can't stay healthy and even when he is healthy...he's not very good. Not suggesting Vatrano is amazing, but I'd rather had Vatrano and his contract vs Mantha.

I don’t blame you, because they suck. But it seems you don’t watch the ducks. Vatrano has played just fine with over 20 goals and 40 points for $3m and change. I don’t think you’ll find an ANA fan on here itching to get rid of him.

I wouldn’t move him for Mantha at all, but if you’re dangling Iorio for it, I’d accept. Ducks need RD and size on the back end. He fits perfectly
