I think Sabres are excited about Levi. I don't think they make a goalie trade.

He's just 21. To me, it's too early to bet on such young goalie. Gibson can be the answer for at least 2 or 3 years.

You might think that. But Buffalo doesn't. They're going with Levi and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen.

Giving Dumba the Klingberg treatment I see.

Bryson doesn't make the top 6, Verbeek would play LaCombe over him. Honestly wouldn't take Bryson in the trade.

I don't see Anaheim moving Gibson until next off-season at the absolute earliest. We need to seriously reinforce the defense this season to give him a fighting chance at showing people he is still an elite goalie so long as he's not asked to make 50+ saves a night.

Gibson would also make a great mentor for Dostal.
