Description
Greer and Ruzicka have been far More Efficient and Better Defensively with their TOI than Huberdeau & Sharangovich have, especially at Even Strength, so give them more minutes; They deserve them. Sharangovich can get additional minutes on the PK and Huberdeau on Offensive Zone Starts or the PP (not that he’s been effective there either). I really don’t care how much they get paid comparatively either. At least Greer & Pospisil put shots on net and bring some Grit, Physicality, Energy & Emotion when they’re on the ice

Tough Call on 4RW. Coronato & Dube generate more SOG’s, but Duehr’s Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Better Defensively and the More Efficient Point Producer…

Flames desperately need a 4C and 3RD…. They have since Trevor Lewis and Gudbranson both departed and Stone Retired

Yegor and Coleman with goals today!

I felt like Zary and Lindholm never came off the ice.

Other than on the PK and Shoot Outs, Yegor sucks imo. He’s an easily replaceable Bottom-6 Winger AFAIC. He doesn’t have near the jam I want to see in a Flames Player. I’m really not impressed by him

Yes, Coleman scored one for NJD, as did Dillon Dube

Lindholm has been meh this season. Can’t tell if he’s interested in even being there anymore and if that’s the case, I can’t wait to see him go tbh

Zary, Coleman & Backlund have easily been our 3 Best Top-6 Forwards this season. Shouldn’t have Traded Toffoli, but we have a terrible GM

The Flames are stuck with Huberdeau most likely, so they better care about keeping him happy and giving him the opportunities (favorable ice time, linemates, etc...) to succeed. Demoting him more probably would not help them to unlock his offense.

I think DeSimone could be the answer to 3RD, I've liked his play more than all of Gilbert, Solovyov, and Oesterle. Not sure why he was sent down in the first place.

With Zary, Pospisil, Coronato, and Pelletier all looking like full timers soon, the Flames will need to open up forward spots in their top 9 this offseason. I'm on board with trading Dube, Sharangovich, and Mangiapane.

Yes, Flames & Huby are stuck with one another. It's a bad marriage that desperately needs counselling...

We've already tried appeasing him and giving him "favourable" linemates... I've suggested bringing in a Faster RW like Duclair or Beauvillier, but that hasn't happened and we have 2 already in Pospisil & Duehr who haven't been given a shot yet...

I honestly don't care about keeping him happy at this point tbh. He's a Professional and is being paid to produce 1.00PPG... He isn't, and now the worst part is he's a liability... How is he -13 playing with Backlund & Coleman!???? That's a head scratcher. Huberdeau, Sharangovich and Coronato need to prove themselves offensively, so stick them together and make it happen. One of them is bound to take the hint and climb from there. They can get additional minutes on the PP and in Offensive Situations that call for it if/when they're having a good game and if the line clicks, we can roll all 4 lines
