Description

Minnesota is so far behind and has so many injuries, it's finally time for them to cut bait and rebuild for post Suter & Parise contracts. Basically Bo for Ek and giving Minn. a 1st vs. a 4th. to eat RyJo's contract. Byram becomes their 1st pair LD and PP1 QB. Roster below when Sammy back (looks like soon) and Lehky back (Feb-Mar). If cap increases $4M next year as expected, Avs will be able to fit Landy back in.

Honestly I see the fit for both avs and wild in theory. The Wild probably wouldn’t trade in division. Trading byram in division as well could bite us in the ass big time. Byram Faber top pair for the next decade would be very impressive though

I honestly don’t think the value is exactly right for the trade though. Ig the first could be to dump ryjos contract but byram for Eriksson ek seems fair. Maybe add a 2nd or 3rd from the avs to the wild and trade johansen somewhere else

I don’t think the wild would want to occupy anymore cap space next year with their buyouts is all
