In my not-entirely-humble but underknowledgeable opinion, your 5 top prospects are Joseph Woll, Fraser Minten, Easton Cowan, Nick Robertson and Topi Niemela. After that, you have an extremely shallow prospect pool from which any promotion to the NHL will be a surprise. Here, you're trading three of them plus your 2024 first for two UFAs plus a 31-year-old veteran who has two seasons left on his contract (and an absolute NTC until July 1, mind you). I think that that's suicidally short-sighted.

When the leafs trade a UFA to be then that players is a valuable asset that requires an NHL all star or a 1st coming back
