bottom line, this makes the team worse, so it's certainly a no.

Trading provorov for ullmark doesn’t really make sense for the jackets. They should not be spending assets on goaltending until they are ready to compete and ullmarks numbers would collapse going from a great defensive team to one of the worst in the league
