Why would you trade your version of an “identity line”?

You may have improved offensively but your defence and physicality is significantly worse.

Martinook-Staal-Fast always ends up being a key x-factor line in PO’s they score greasy goals and shutdown teams best lines

Avs give up assets for an expensive goalie in the AHL and a bad defenseman who notoriously got bought out after allegedly getting punched by Georgiev.

Deangelo in Colorado is probably the worst fit in the league. Interpersonal issues aside, he’d be like, the 5th best PP QB in Colorado.
