I don't see the Canes taking that in consideration, maybe need to add a little bit.

Top 12 pick in the draft, Former first round pick who should be ready to play in NHL next year and top 6 RHD. For a guy on pace for 60pts and looking for a long term deal? Yeah I would say that is more then enough.

Clifton is of no interest. Rosen and a 1st is a start, but it's still a long way short. There's nothing here that gives the Canes a reason to consider moving Necas

When I talk about add a little bit, it's like adding a 3rd round pick in the offer.

Rosen's stock has dropped, the pick is nice but Carolina would want immediate roster help. This doesn't do that
