Utah's new owner isn't going to have trouble reaching the cap floor...

No thank you. Chicago isn't winning anything next year so no need to trade assets for a 1 year goalie rental.

Cossa is the last prospect I'd want to rush into the NHL, one more season in the AHL. ASP probably won't be ready but I could see Johansson being ready & movie Chairot to the right side.

The Stamkos deal takes him to 38 or 39 years old, he's a ppg player right now but it's rare for a player to be good into their late thirties. I'd love to have him don't get me wrong just maybe on a higher AAV less term contract. With your cap you have room for more AAV for less term. Some team will overpay for him but idk if it's the Wings.

I know you only got 5th or 6th round picks for moving the bad contracts but I think the Wings would have to pay to move them. Maybe not much but have to pay a 4th rounder at least for future considerations maybe a 3rd depending on the market.

If CHI needed a goaltender, I guess they could be interested in taking on Husso, but it doesn't look like they will. So, I don't think they'll have interest. I also don't think CHI would be willing to pay anything for him. DET would probably have to pay CHI to take on the last year of his contract.

Wishful returns on all but Maatta, though theres probably 30 other teams that would be more interested in him.
Cossa, although has been very good in the AHL, would benefit from another year and fine tune his game. There is zero chance that Pellikka makes the team next season (whether he should or not is a different discussion), odds are he re-signs with Skelleftea for another year. I'd like to see Kasper, Mazur, or even Danielson in a non-4th line role next season.
I also doubt Berggren re-signs with this team; from his perspective, cracking an Yzerman roster seems insurmountable.
