We could ask Hyman to do that, but I think Hymans value is immense to the team, especially considering the little dollar amount we have to pay

We either make a trade with Settle to guarantee they take Leivo, or trade both him and Johnsson for assets that don't have to be protected.

If I was seattle I'd definitely want Moore or Johnsson

Decision on Andersen vs Sparks would totally be dependant on their play in the two years prior of course

***EDIT: To our understanding, Liljeren won't have to be protected unless he plays 10 nhl games this year. We would probably protect Zaitsev or Rosen instead depending on play. See comments

Liljegren will be exempt from the draft if he doesn't play 10 games in the NHL this season. I think Dubas will purposefully not call him up for this fact. Grundstrom will need to be protected however if my understanding is correct. This all assumes that Seattle gets its team for the 2020 season. Unless Hyman has a monster year and scores 25 G and 25A, or if Johnsson doesn't excel with additional playing time, i think i would rather protect Johnsson over Hyman. it would be tough to possibly love Grundstrom too, after his development with the Marlies. Expansion sucks
