I would do this as a Flames fan, but personally I would really be interested in Levio over Soshnikov just because of the right shot and I think Levio could be a good addition on our right side with some speed/skill and moving out stone to make room for Andersson could be addition by subtraction. I would like to see the Flames bring him up and potentially give him a look on the PP, Andersson looks like he could help our PP out, as well as probably putting Dougie on our top unit lol.....

Great proposal man! Value seems pretty good.

I'd throw in Leivo too if you want. Lol but 2nd turns to 4th though maybe 3rd...

I think we have to disagree the pick would have to be a 2nd, Levio, prospect/later pick would make it doable with Stone being signed on a longer term team friendly deal. Definitely something to work around.

Only reason I took Sosh was because I knew Leafs fan were thinking of moving on from him anyways so it wouldn't hurt to see what he has until at least Frolik and Versteeg return. If it's nothing he can be waived since the main piece coming back in my opinion is the 2nd round pick.

The 2nd is a good addition, no doubt about it. I see what your kind thinking there of just parting ways with stone is almost viable with Andersson pushing hard.

Personally this organization just has no R shooting forwards at all..... would be nice to see a R shot come back up front especially with a little speed and skill.

Stone isn’t very good. I’d say no. It’s fair if you think he’s decent but I don’t.

From a Leafs perspective, Stone doesn't crack their top 6 and unfortunately the coach loves Polak. It's a waste of a 2nd. You can keep Smiley as well, the Goat at least has some size.

Is this just a cap dump of Stone? Cause Soshnikov (or Leivo) are fringe NHLers. LoVorde is an AHLer. If Stone is an NHLer, and somewhat worth his contract, you would think the Flames could make a abetter deal.

The biggest thing is just to free up a spot for one of our top prospects in Rasmus Andersson. Also recoup a mid round pick. I could care less about LoVorde or even Soshnikov.
