Kadri isn't going anywhere. He's adjusted so well and has matured so much over the years. Way beyond expectations.

I agree 100% with the comments of shaf_daddy that there is not a chance that Leafs trade Kadri.

Maybe both teams don't make the trade, but the trade certainly is fair and meets needs of both teams

This wont happen from both sides. For the Leafs Kadri isn't moving and is a huge steal even if he is in a slump right now. Babs likes him and we don't have strong centre depth. For the Oilers, Nurse is coming into his own and they are in need of strong D and im not sure if Gardiner or Carrick fit the bill, and Nuge while being slightly over priced is a great second line centre that allows flexibility for Draisitil to go from wing to centre depending on matchups.

It's always best to play from your maximum strength which is why you trade Kadri now. It's just a matter of time before he turns into the Kadri of old. Babcock or not, you can't change a leopard's spots.
