No from PIT.

I love Zack Smith, but no for Sprong+ or even just Sprong.

No way St.Louis gives up two good prospects for a fingerless Bobby Ryan.

Youre giving up Sprong but also giving up Hagelins bad contract to take on a better one in say E. Kane or J,Neal. Plus, Pens want to go all in, in another cup run, I dont think Jim Rutherford cares too much about the future

Robby Fabbri has been out since mid-way last year for having one leg and youre calling Ryan fingerless? lol. Joking aside, Blues are looking for Scoring depth in E. Kane, Hoffman, etc. Thats why Ryan gets given up there. You think a 2nd could persuade them more? Dunn isnt too high on the coaches list either, thats why hes been included too

Why would the flames take on dions contract, I don't think Colin White would make it worth it. Calgary says no. Could see brodie being moved but it will be a for a scoring forward... I think something like Vatenan/Henrique deal is more likely.... At the draft though you never know...

I think you're underestimating how bad that Ryan contract actually is. With 4 more years left on a $7.5M cap hit, it's a major anchor that would pretty much force them to deal out one of their better players at some point. Nobody, and I mean nobody, would spend any sort of assets to get him.

A young starting Dman for the overpaid 7.25m Ryan? Blues would rather have me playing RW making the 1m and keep Dunn.

No.

Hagelin has been playing great. Trading Sprong and Hagelin in a package "to get rid of Hagelin's contract" is a terrible argument. We can actually get E Kane without giving up salary, by the deadline. James Neal will not be getting traded.

Agreed 100%. Ryan is a good player still but the fact that his contract is A) Expensive and long term and B) he's injured often and C) getting older, makes whatever value he has as a good player almost meaningless. I would bet my life savings no team would touch Ryan in a trade unless and equally bad contract(s) are going the other way. Especially not for Fabbri who yes is injured but is still young and can come back from it and a prospect like Dunn.

PLUS does STL even have the cap space to add Ryan??
