Description

Sharp provides the veteran leadership and “Dad” qualities that the Pens want, with a little depth scoring (more than Kuhnhackl at least).

Cole provides a solid 3rd pairing d-man that CHI needs (with retention, hence the 3rd rounder).

Faksa FINALLY solves the Pens 3C problem. Provides scoring ability and two-way play. Also allows Hanzal to move up to the 3C position he’s being paid to be. However, I do know 3C’s are at a premium, so a 1st rounder goes DAL’s way.

Sheary and Rowney provide excellent scoring depth, and post-season experience, for DAL as they move into the playoffs.

I like it, seems fair.... alot to give for Faksa but probably what we would have to give for a good C..... I just traded Cole to Chicago to , lol.

These trades seem fair for sure. But I think that a defensive upgrade is More important than a 3C as either Guentzel or Sheary can do that. I think the sharp trade is really good as well.

Not bad! The Dallas trade might be a slight over payment, but getting the Center on a smaller contract might be worth it. Especially if we could get a mid round pick coming back.

I think that is a bit of an overpayment for Faska and I doubt Dallas wants to trade him
