IMO, I don’t see Veleno dropping to 11th.

every mock draft I've seen has him slipping out of the top 10. Also for the likely top-10 teams, they need defence more

        Understandable.

I really really like Veleno, so that’s probably why. I haven’t watched every projected 1st rounder player, but Veleno looks really good.

Holden has no trade value especially to a top contender like Tampa, Smith would still be worth more than Holden but he is worth maybe a 4th rounder, Holden a 5th or 6th or honestly future considerations. McDonaugh would get more than just Honka, 1A/B defenseman are very rare. Desh isn't getting you a 2nd round pick and LA has no need for a mother 4th line center.

Good trades, you could get Honka, Faska, and Lindell for McDonagh.

You could also get more than Jeremy Roy in return for Nash and Grabner, you could get Roy and Tierney.

Veleno may not go 11th, he's more likely to go somewhere around 6th but you could get someone like Akil Thomas or Jack McBain instead.

Looks at horrendously undervalued trades for Rangers *sees it's a red wings fan* AHHHHHH makes sense.
