Sabres need Hagelin more than Pit needs Beaulieu. Sabres have a ton of cap room and its only a year contract. Its a throw in that helps Pittsburgh out and makes the deal more accessible for them

Just because the sens gave up dahlen for dirt doesn't mean Vancouver will. dude is going to be a star

Dahlen was the best player in a men's league, Canucks are gonna value him highly, a late 2nd and a trash defenseman isn't nearly half his value.

I dont disagree with you but the mens league excuse is useless. The ECHL is a mens league. My beer league is a mens league. Almost anything outside OHL WHL and QMJHL is going to be a mens league
