(small corrections) Soucy and Nurse are the same age and Lee isn't exactly young - he will turn 28 this summer. BTW, Soucy is an Edmonton kid too. He's from a small town (Viking, Alberta) not far from Edmonton.
IMO - that is WAY, WAY too much to trade for Lee. If you want Lee's instant impact, Greenway alone will probably get him. If I were offering that haul to the Islanders, I would also want both of their 2018 1st rounders in return. Also, acquiring Lee would put the Wild in a position where they have to decide whether or not to invest big money and lots of term for a player approaching 30... They have done this too much recently, and that is a big part of how they got to where they currently are.
I think you would have to sweeten the deal with the Oilers to get that much in return. Murphy has no trade value whatsoever, he is a fringe NHLer on his best day.
The more I read on Faulk, the less I want him. His offensive production has declined every year for 4 years now. Maybe with a change of scenery and on a better team his production will return to form, but I'm not willing to gamble Neiderrieter (or Zucker) away for a player who appears to be declining at a fairly young age. IF the Wild are confident all his abilities are still intact, I would reconsider this for sure.
Bottom line, I like everything you've done here in principle, just don't always agree with the price you are paying for the players you are acquiring...but that's just one guys opinion.
