Heck, no! I'm giving you 5 stars just to average you out.

I think most of the bandied trades for EK have him valued much too high. (Yours seems about right to me if you make the 2nd-rounder another first.) We'll see what the market brings, as I think the announcement that Ottawa has given him the ability to pre-negotiate an extension makes it easier for teams to jump in.

You have Dominik Simon on the first Line... It's a Big L for me on this. Completely depletes the lineup for another Letang type player. Not to mention bringing him in for 8x11, by the time his contract is three seasons old the Pens are most likely going to be heading into a rebuild due to Sid and Geno and Phils age.

the only way in hell he is worth that is if he is 5 years younger and guaranteed to resign 8 years with his injury history. him and letang at 18.5 million for about 41 games each.. switch jake for simon
