As a Leaf fan, I really don't have interest in helping Montreal winning Cup on the expense of the Leafs.

Do you think Montréal will win the cup with Nylander and a few draft picks ?

Habs fans like it too, but I think Leafs fans will only see it as a "glass half empty" scenario. Can't blame them for that, they're probably right. In fact, that glass of Labatt's will be shattered like Mr. Weber's worn out feet. Babcock loves the Weber version of 5 years ago, maybe not so much the version of today.

Depending on what those Draft Picks turn into. Never know, You could have Datsyuk + Erik Karlsson + Laine with those picks

You have Weber. You have grit with Shaw with retain salary and strong defensive center with Plekanec. And more you have a Cap relief to sign Austin Matthews.

No thanks. If Weber is such a great bargain, why don't the Habs just keep him. He has a eight full years left on his contract, so he should are around when the Habs are playoff contenders again.
Horton LTIR does not affect the Leafs the Leafs cap in 2019/20....well just about 400,000,

You added salary???????? How does that help us? Modern day Weber isn’t helping us... Kapanen brown grundstrom and hyman give us all the grit we need up front.
