Good for Bergevin. I didn't think Patch would get this much.

for serious bro ?

everyone says that about every trade real or fake .
30 goal scorers who are dominant without centers dont get snubbed by teams with centers that need goals .

VGK fell short because their Scoring wasnt there but put Patches with Statsny ,Karlsson or Haula and watch him succeed .
Patches isnt the Problem , Molson's Tenure since firing a Professional Qualified to be President in Mr Pierre Boivin has been a steady decline for us from 2011 until now yet Patches Succeeded when others didnt .

Patches , Subban and Gallagher were defined by doing it themselves without much support and like Subban i believe Pacioretty will thrive outside Molsons Politics

Tatar is off the books in 3 years when needed and Suzuki maybe 6 months to a year away, possible 19/20 rookie of the year if he doesn’t see the games needed to wreck his eligibility and the 2 rounder in the 50s not bad equity for a piece in the way of a rebuild. Patch may see a renaissance riding shotgun with his buddy Stasny and probably tuch that’s a solid second line

I’m kinda annoyed, but kinda happy because trying to get Suzuki to play the wing in the future wasn’t going well and Tatar didn’t get a chance to succeed in our system, plus one of our three seconds.
The question is now whether GMGM re-signs him and to he much. Can’t wait for next season!! Go Knights Go!

Jesus , Mcphee essentially gave up a 1st, 2 2nd's, a 3rd and Nick Suzuki for potentially one year of Patches, thats a hell of a lot. But good return for MTL

Wait, so do you hate the trade return for Montreal?

Check out Suzuki's db. Right handed center who got 100 points in the CHL last year, and a good top 9 winger to fill patches spot, and an extra 2nd on top of that. Who wouldn't be happy with that return on a rebuilding team.

i like the return sure but i hate the mismanagement that seen us put in the situation where Patches and Subban are shafted.
i mean Suzuki is a solid player i like so no regrets but ive been a Patches guy since he was drafted just like i am a Subban guy so im just pissed at management

you can understand im sure , its just a lot of mixed feelings with the only clear one being Molsons gotta sell again or we're screwed .
