I love that you have Barkov on there. That guy is unreal. I think you've gotta ditch Keller, and Scheifele. Keller just isn't there yet, and is too one dimensional, and just won't get the attention playing for the yotes. I think with Scheifele, we've seen what he is and he's a point per game player. That doesn't quite cut it to win the hart.

After the top 5 its a crap shoot. And in all honesty, unless he get's hurt, it should be the Connor McDavid trophy. 80+ 5v5 points last year and he gets snubbed, what a joke.

I hear what you are saying but I think Matthews will win the Rocket and possibly by a wide margin and the Leafs will make the playoffs. Barring injury McDavid should win it but his team will miss the playoffs again so he'll be out of the running. I think Matthews will score close to 60 goals and 100 points or more which will be enough to win it. The goals he'll score will put him over the top.

No, because Matthews will still have a bigger year. Tavares will score 40 goals for the first time in his career but Matthews could score 60+

I honestly don’t see him breaking 40-45goals and maybe 80-85 points but i respect the faith you have in him. He’s a very good player but it’s a long nhl season. Besides Ovechkin 50-60 goals is pretty unheard of.

Last season, Matthews had a higher 5v5 goal scoring rate than Ovechkin did when he scored 65. Matthews would have scored 50 last year if not for missing 20 games. 60 is not at all an unreasonable possibility.

I only half agree with that. When you score 80+ even strength points, and lead the league in scoring, that means you are hands down the best player in the game. The oilers would't have won 15 games last year without McDavid. Its not his fault his GM is a complete idiot and has gutted the team.
