To me, the best cost and benefits contracts as forwards are Couturier (sad as a Pens fan), Arvidsson, Faksa and Trocheck. I'd replace Lehkonen for Guentzel and Barkov for Dube, cause the kid is on his entry contract. To me it doesn't count.
As for the d-men: Ekholm. Slavin, Pesce and Manson.
As for the goalies: Raanta and Gibson.

he's not a 40 goal scorer. but he does have insane analytics. he can be real solid 25-30 goal scorer, and 55 point player, whom can play pp, pk and is a 200ft player. thats very valuable.

kessel and backstrom or (Kuznetsov who imo is Matthews good maybe top 5 center) who most underrated players......all 3 are easy top 10 at their respected positions and rarely get that top 10 respect.......

maybe nate Schmidt or Sanheim

hahaha the average nhl fan would roast you.......but he does a lot. look how smooth the top line was playing with him and look at them now trying to find a player to keep pace with ovi and kuzy

Jaden Schwartz needs to be there. And I think Scheifele is underrated as a two-way center. I am happy to see Rakell on this team
