I'm pretty sure you're making LA even older though...they'd have to sit a prospect for Danton. LA wants picks.

Toffoli - 26yr old
Heinen - 23yr old

Muzzin - 29yr old
Krug - 27yr old
Miller - 30yr old

^I'm not sure how LA is getting older when the two main pieces going back are actually younger.

I don't understand what you are saying.

Heinen is 23 and was a rookie last year. Theoretically he would play for Toffoli who is 26 (-3 years)
Krug is 27. He would replace Muzzin who is 29. (-2 years)
Miller is 30 - He would likely replace Fantenberg who is 27, but not really an NHL Dman. (+3 years)

Still getting younger.

Because if LAK plays ALL (3)...that means LAK has to send someone down (or it's possible as you're saying waive someone). I don't think it's likely they waive Fantenberg because they have guys available to send down and not lose anyone. They'll either send down Walker or Wagner because then they don't lose anyone for nothing. Same thing happens for most other teams too. My team is the Blackhawks and they haven't waived Davidson yet...they just send down Forsling because he can freely be moved up or down.

Heinen Vs Prospect (somewhat unknown, but LAK's prospects are 21 - 23 so either -2 or 0)
Krug Vs Tof (-1)
Miller Vs Muzzin (-1)

***EDIT*** forget the ages. What about Zbroil or Senyschen a fringe NHLer and a pick?

Heinen takes Toffolis spot, how do you have to send someone down when there is one forward going each way?

On an unrelated note, I really don't like trading Heinen from the Bruins perspective, I'd rather give up Donato or another prospect, which would be even more in line with LA getting younger regardless

Add two more prospects like Cehlarik and Szboril and its still a great deal for the B's, Taffoli is a dynamite RW and a steal

Seems like your match-up guys to make your point. You really should be matching up position for position.

Looks like LAK sent down both Walker and Wanger. Fantenberg still on the NHL roster.
