Schneider is done

Created by: Wings41326
Team: 2018-19 New Jersey Devils
Initial Creation Date: Nov. 19, 2018
Published: Nov. 19, 2018
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
If you disagree, then you're in denial. Schneider has been lit up this year and continues to lose the trust of the coaching staff. Kinkaid has started a clear majority of games this season and that makes me think that Schneider's recovery hasn't gone well. Hip surgery on a goalie after 30yrs of age, at any age, is never a good thing.

I disagree that he is done, thought he played well yesterday after they fucked him yet again early. I don't know if he will be ever be a top 10 goalie again, but I'm going to wait for more than 4 starts to make a real opinion... shocking I know.

There's no way that Edmonton gives you a 20 year old who was drafted 3rd overall just 3 years ago for Wood, just doesn't make sense

JP's getting moved IMO, at least Wood could keep up with McD! JP has tons more upside, but 100OA pick Wood has been the better player to date AIAEC.

CS is not done, will he be the same, who knows. lets see around Xmas. The first 30 secs sucked and him on the first one but the D on the second for sure. But all that means to me was the Devs had 59:30 to score more than one goal on a third string goalie on a team who played less than 24 hrs earlier and they couldn't. "Its all Schnedier"
The team plays like crap in front of him scoring 2.3 with him in net and close to 4 with KK
CS would have to waive his NTC and why would he do so for a team as bad if not worse than he's playing for? Maybe Boston because its home, but that's all I see

4 OA but who's counting, again Wood is playing the same if not better than JP. Should not be the case but it is.

Lastly, Chia could never be able to make that trade without being run out of town.

Cory Schneider unfortunately needs to play more than once a week to get his groove back. He needs about 8 of the next 10 games & that might just be are season , but a good bingo ball with a good mind set of who should be are #1 goalie with the potential of unloading a few players for picks might be the way to go.
You never know , he might just get his form back & give us wins & a ticket to the playoffs .

Another one of the mongs in our fan base has spoken. You Cory haters need to just crawl in a hole and stay there. I was at Sunday's game, and anybody who puts that loss on him is a stone cold idiot.

So being that Kinkaid has started A MAJOR PERCENTAGE of games even while Cory means nothing? Means that our bench and coaching staff know nothing? You don't see this is a bigger issue than it is? IF Cory is such a godsend then why hasn't he started like a normal #1 would when returning from injury.....
