CBJ says NOPE. Panarin is better than Nylander and Werenski is even more better than Gardiner..

I would not trade Werenski for Nylander and Gardiner by himself much less add AP.

Werenski for Nylander gives you a long term replacement for Gardiner so you can trade Gardiner for Panaran
