Blues trade is not close imo. It would take Necas and a 1st to get Tarasenko

Odds are greater that Carolina misses the playoffs, Fat chance of Nyquist waiving for Carolina, More like Boston, Pittsburgh or Nashville being his preferred teams. AA isn't on the market. And Detroit's rebuilding! Why would we want an aging Jordan Staal? Yeah Detroit easily declines.

Not sure why you have MacDermid and Imama in that Kings trade. Imama is a borderline AHL/ECHL player. Aside from his awesome name, he doesn't have much going for him. MacDermid cleared waivers earlier this season to go to Ontario, and with Clague, Walker, and Brickley in the Kings system, it's unlikely he'll crack the roster next year either. Just take him off waivers next October.

Make the trade Martinez for Gauthier and a 2019 2nd and the Kings would take it. A couple bottom six forwards and a draft pick 3 years in the future doesn't do much to make the Kings better now.

Lot of bad feedback for some not horrible trades. The blues trade is a bit light though.

Why would TO give up connor brown and a second for a 2nd/3rd pairing D and a guy who can't stay in the blues lineup?

TO passes.

Sabres deal could be negotiated, but you aren't getting a 2nd for a guy that has completely disappeared
