Well you get 4 stars for not trading marleau and actually moving the right two contracts it would take to keep gardiner.

Now for the negative... you have Lilly with gardiner.... they both finish the season -136....

You can try, but no matter how much you try Matthews gets 12M and Marner gets 10M Personally believe that Zaitsev will stay because no one wants that hefty a contract.

Too much for Marner, Kappy, and gards (although he likely gets that in Ufa so is reasonable overpay)

So the fact that it works is good.

I like the way you've managed the cap. Ideally it would be better having Gardiner only make 5.5M and I would out him on Reilly's right side as they've looked good when they do play together.
