one of the better deals I've seen on here to be honest. Small change I might make if I were St.Louis to see how much more they could get would be maybe changing DeAngelo to another d prospect. DeAngelo just hasn't really lived up to his potential and has already been traded 3 times so something's off with his game. But honestly, if New York wouldn't budge on this offer I still think the Blues accept it as is. Kravtsov os a real good prospect and I think as long as St.Louis gets him it makes a deal easier to be completed. Well done

No body is untouchable. As the old saying goes, if Gretzky can be traded anyone can. Many people said before that Subban was untouchable. Or Hall. Or Even Thornton when he was traded from Boston to San Jose years ago. Any player is moveable. The league is a business for the owners and GM's and if the right deal comes along they'll make it, regardless of who the player is. Kravtsov is a prospect. yes he's a good one but all prospects are maybes until they prove they can do it in the league consistently ever year. Tarasenko is almost a guaranteed 40 goal scorer year in and year out. Don't be biased just because its your favourite team or player. They're still moveable

Would the Rangers be willing to part with futures for a Tarasenko? They seem like a franchise that will never embrace a rebuild.

No way would the rangers package buchnevich, deangelo, Kravtsov and a 1st round pick. I wouldn’t do Kravtsov for tarasenko straight up. Tarasenko is almost 10 years older than Kravtsov and has that much less time to impact (when the rangers won’t be competitive until 2021 most likely)
